Everflon™+ PFA Farbkonzentrat

Bei der Herstellung unserer Farbmischungen werden die Farbpigmente in hoher Konzentration in das FEP-Basispolymer eingearbeitet. Unsere Kunden verwenden dieses Farbkonzentrat in einem Verhältnis von 5–10 % zum Basispolymer. Wir können unsere Farbmasterbatches individuell an den gewünschten Rohstofftyp oder die Anforderungen des Endprodukts anpassen. Sollte die Verwendung eines Farbmasterbatches aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich sein, bieten wir ein gebrauchsfertiges Material an, das bereits nach Kundenspezifikation eingefärbt ist.

Everflon™ PFA C Fluorpolymerharze vereinen die chemische und hohe Temperaturbeständigkeit von PFA mit antistatischen elektrischen Leitfähigkeitswerten.
